Meet Dr. Jeffrey Kwong: Honoring the Past, Shaping the Future of Orthodontics
For Dr. Jeffrey Kwong, orthodontics is more than a profession—it’s a legacy. A proud graduate of Case Western Reserve University’s orthodontic residency program, Dr. Kwong now practices in El Dorado Hills, serving the Greater Sacramento Area with compassion and expertise.
His path to orthodontics was shaped early on by a positive personal experience. “My orthodontist, Dr. Joe, was a big inspiration,” Dr. Kwong recalls. “He treated my sister and me with such kindness and served as a great role model.”
Dr. Kwong’s dedication to the profession goes beyond the clinic. As an active member of the California Association of Orthodontists, he sees service as both a privilege and a responsibility. “I truly believe it is in giving that we receive,” he shares. “It’s important to fight for the profession and honor the legacy passed down by those who paved the way for us. I’m honored to be part of that mission.”
Through his years of involvement with the CAO, Dr. Kwong has built lasting relationships with fellow orthodontists across the state. “The connections I’ve made have enriched my professional and personal life immensely. I couldn’t imagine it any other way.”
Outside of the office, you’ll find Dr. Kwong on the ski slopes, soaking up time with family and friends. “I love the feeling of skiing—it’s freeing, energizing, and even better when shared with loved ones.”
Whether he’s shaping smiles or shaping the future of the profession, Dr. Kwong embodies the spirit of dedication, gratitude, and excellence that defines the CAO.
